Günther is responsible for driving optimal value from our portfolio of utility-scale battery storage assets. He has more than 20 years of experience in senior executive roles in the energy trading and power origination space. Günther joined from Shell, where he headed up the power structuring team supporting its long-term European power portfolio. Previous roles include setting up and overseeing the portfolio management function at Statkraft UK, which owns one of the UK’s largest renewables portfolios, interim CTO and value delivery director at tech start-up Origami Energy, and leading the asset trading team at Sembcorp Energy UK. Günther also sits on the Voltwise management team.
