Marianne oversees M&A transactions and business development in Germany. She brings significant experience in private equity and portfolio management. Before Voltwise, she worked at Berliner Energie und Wärme AG (former Vattenfall) where she managed origination and hedging projects. Earlier in Marianne's career she worked at Verdane and CMP Capital Management Partners, where she focused on executing and managing investments. Marianne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and a Master’s degree in Management and Technology from Technical University of Munich.
